Although advocated and espoused verbally by Mike in the early years, by the late 1990’s, the rapid geographic expansion required Sunstate to put those Core Values in writing to spread the word about what has made Sunstate such a successful company. They are posted in every branch and are a constant focus of teaching and coaching, no matter what level or position an employee is in.
