In 1977, a rental equipment salesman named Mike Watts took a stand for his principles of treating people right and conducting business with integrity and honesty. Unhappy with how his employer was treating people, Mike quit his job and set out to create a company that would always put people first. Our founding core values drove a culture of excellence that remains at the forefront of how we do business today. This is our story – including a few key milestones we’ve reached over the last 44 years.
