*Sunstate Equipment Co., LLC 2025 Dig Campaign Sweepstakes Official Rules

ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of, and physically located within, Tennessee who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. All directors, officers and employees of Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, licensees, agents, advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and each of their immediate family members (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses), and those living in the same household as each, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter during the Promotional Period:

Finalized Rental Transaction Entry: Eligible rental transactions must have an “Open Contract” with a start date between July 1, 2025 and September 30, 2025.

Manual Entry: To enter without purchase, obligation, or transaction:
Print name, address, email address, age at the time of entry, and day and evening phone numbers on a 3" X 5" index card, seal in an envelope and mail to: Sunstate Equipment Co., LLC, ATTN: Marketing Department “Dig Campaign”, 5552 E Washington St, Phoenix, AZ 85034. All mailed entries must be postmarked by September 23, 2025, and received by September 30, 2025, to be entered into the drawing. You may complete a maximum of one (1) entry per day through the end of the promotional period, and must be a legal resident of, and physically located within, Tennessee. Incomplete entries or entries not in compliance with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification, at Sunstate Equipment’s sole discretion. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. All entries become the property of Sunstate Equipment and will not be returned.

DRAWING: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected from a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about 12:00 pm EST on October 7, 2025. A potential winner may be required to execute and return an affidavit of eligibility/liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release within seven (7) days of date of issuance. If such potential winner declines in writing to accept a prize, any Sponsor required documents are not returned on time, prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner within a reasonable time period, or a potential winner is not otherwise in compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, it may select an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries. There will be three (3) alternate drawings after which the Grand Prize will remain unawarded.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotional Period.

PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive two (2) tickets to a professional football regular season game of their choice, scheduled to take place between October 7, 2025, and December 31, 2025, subject to ticket availability. Maximum retail value for Grand Prize: $599. Prizes will be fulfilled approximately 5 business days after the conclusion of the drawing. Prizes will be awarded “as is” with no warranty, guarantee or representations, either express or implied by Sponsor. No interest will be paid on any cash prizes. If required by law, Sponsor reserves the right to withhold and remit to the appropriate taxing authorities the amount of any taxes due. The winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, provincial, state, and local taxes. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. There will be no substitutions for any prize except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable or greater value at their sole discretion. Other restrictions may apply.

NOTIFICATION: The winner(s) will be notified by telephone or email within 48 hours after the drawing. The tickets will be sent electronically to the email on record. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements and the decisions of Sunstate Equipment which are final and binding. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to the use by Sunstate Equipment and its designees of their names, cities and states of residence and photographs/likenesses and voices for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised.
