Terms & Conditions
*The guarantee applies only to deliveries within the Phoenix Metro area and during Sunstate Equipment’s regular business hours. Equipment is subject to availability.
Express delivery made by ¾ ton Express truck bed or hitch are subject to $350 delivery charge (i.e., tampers, compressors, and other small tools). Express delivery made by Express trailer, rollback or semi are subject to $450 delivery charge (i.e., 19’ scissors).
To be eligible, express delivery must be confirmed at the time of the order and customer's account must have an active credit status. No changes to the delivery time after Sunstate confirmation are permitted. The two-hour delivery window begins when an authorized Sunstate representative confirms the order. Delays caused by unforeseen events beyond Sunstate Equipment's reasonable control, including inclement weather, road closures, or other force majeure events, are excluded from this guarantee and Sunstate has no liability to customer or any other party for any delays.
Customers must notify Sunstate Equipment within 48 hours of the missed delivery window to claim the fee waiver. Claims made after this period will not be honored. This guarantee is limited to one waived delivery fee per order.
The waived fee applies only to the delivery charge; all other taxes, rental charges, pick up charge (standard charge or customer’s negotiated rate), and fees apply and remain payable under the rental agreement.
Sunstate Equipment reserves the right to modify or discontinue this guarantee at any time with or without prior notice and without liability to the customer or any other party, except that any changes will not apply to orders already confirmed.
